Design

This desktop computer definitely has it when it comes to looks. The desktop is rugged looking and looks great for a gaming PC. The build might feel a little less premium for some, but it works fine. There is a huge vent on the sides that lets you keep the desktop cool. On the same subject, there is also a fan at the back working towards the same objective.

There are a couple of USB ports and headphone jacks on the front which makes it easy for you to access. Below that you can find the DVD writer which is useful to a lot of users out there. On the back side, you will find the rest of the posts and jacks that are the usual stuff you expect to see in a desktop computer.

The CybertronPC Patriot (Blue) TGM1293F has an AMD processor at its heart. The AMD A4 5300 is a dual-core processor that clocks at 3.4GHz. This is a decent processor that gets a score of 2006 in CPU Mark. It might look like a less powerful desktop when looked at the benchmarks, but real life performance is a different story.

The processor runs the operating system smoothly, and the same can be said for most of the games and applications out there. You can also run even system-intensive apps as this chip can give a push when required. The processor is well supported by the memory as well.

There are eight gigs of RAM that are of DDR3 type. This is like the right amount of RAM in a mid-range gaming device. You can run pretty much any game with this kind of memory in your system. The good thing is that you can also upgrade the memory in the future when the need arises.

There is a huge amount of storage space in the 1TB hard drive. You can load all your games, videos, songs, pictures and all the other stuff you value. There is no solid state drive to speed things up, but at this price range, we can’t really ask for one.

The hard drive also comes with Windows 10 pre-installed. This new operating system comes with a lot of new, exciting features like Cortana, Edge browser, Xbox streaming, and much more. It’s an elegant operating system and works well when it comes to games.

The graphics card here is the AMD Radeon HD 7480D. This is a decent graphics card, and you will be able to most of the mid-range games without any problems. When it comes to high-end games, you will have to reduce the settings to play them at a decent frame rate.

Regarding connectivity, there are 4 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, an RJ-45 Network Ethernet port, an HDMI port, and a VGA port. The desktop also supports 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity that can eliminate some wires when you need to connect to the internet.
