This is a classic Dell design. There is such a striking resemblance in the design that you won’t even realize it’s a new desktop. But if it’s not broken, why fix it? The best part of this design is that it is more compact than the traditional ones and takes very little room.

You can run multiple apps at the same time and improve your productivity. Even running multithreaded applications is smoother now. You can also upgrade the memory in the future if you feel the need for it as the provision is available.

For storage, you get a 1TB hard drive. This comes with a lot of space for loading all your games, videos, photos and other important stuff. The hard drive might be a little slow, but you can’t expect more in a desktop priced at this range.

The operating system that comes pre-installed in the Dell Inspiron 3647 i3647-3538BK desktop is Windows 8.1. This is the latest OS yet from Microsoft. You will also be eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 10 once it releases this July 2015.
