Design

There is nothing significantly new when it comes to the design of this desktop. It takes the usual tower design and comes in silver color. The look of the desktop is impressive at first glance. There are no ports on the front. You will find them at the back and will have to get up every time you need to connect a device to the desktop.

One minor gripe, in this case, is the absence of a monitor. If you do not have one with you already, you will have to get one separately. Other than that there is nothing that falls short. Overall, this is a pretty cool-looking  desktop computer.

The HP Envy 750-175se DT is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor. This i7 6700k is a quad-core processor in the Skylake generation. It comes with a typical clock speed of 4GHz, and you can overclock it when required. The processor is easily one of the best chips on the market.

You can run any application on this desktop with the help of this Intel chip. You can be a simple student or a high-end user, but this processor will treat you just the same.

The memory department in this desktop comes with 12 gigs of DDR4 RAM with an operating frequency of 2133MHz. Having a DDR4 memory is a lot better than the DDR3 ones, and it will reflect in your everyday usage. If you are a light usage, you may not know much of an improvement but for heavy users, the change can be seen.

Another nice hardware in this configuration is the graphics card. We have the Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 that comes with a dedicated memory of 4GB. This may not be as good as 980, but it surely gives you more options than the integrated GPUs.

There are 2 TB of storage in the 7200RPM hard drive. There are no flash drive, but you can surely add them if you want to. The hard drive comes with Windows 7 Professional installed on it. You can upgrade to Windows 10 for free if you can hurry up. The OS has great support for gaming, and you’ll see that when you play.
