HP Envy H8-1410 Desktop (Black)

I really like this machine. The system is up and running from the moment you press the power button, in less than 20 seconds.
I saw an earlier review that says the video card suffers from low resolution. . . that can't be further from the truth. i'm running 1920x1080. the display resolution is dependent on your particular monitor. I really love the bluetooth feature. I have my bluetooth headset connected so I can listen to music, etc. without disturbing anyone, and it's also connected to my samsung galaxy s3 phone to transfer files easily. I also like the hp remote feature, which allows you to play movies and music straight from your apple ios or android phones. But, I also bought two hp envy laptops this Christmas for my daughters. . . that did not come with the hp remote feature (they could use the feature more than I could) why not???

Personally, I was looking for a desktop that I could connect to via remote desktop so I could check my email and use my computer from anywhere, that was my primary desire. Also, I wanted to install older games, so I didn't really need a massively overpowered gamer PC for new games. I wanted something for MS Office and checking email and using the web, and running older games. Also, this PC had two outputs for monitors, as I have two monitors. On my last PC, I had to specifically buy a video card capable of using two monitors. I would recommend this for any office, and any home user NOT looking for a gamer PC.
