VIZIO D32h-C0 Review – 32-inch 720p LED TV!

Design

The design is fairly simple. It looks nice from the front without too much bezel surrounding the screen. You can see the speaker below the display and the fact that they are front facing could be a very good thing. The stand is solid and there is no need to worry if it’ll hold the television properly.

If you want to mount your TV on the wall, then you can as this model is VESA compliant. It does look a little bulkier when looked from the sides but can easily be moved around if you had to. For a TV that is priced this low, we have to say that they haven’t compromised on the design.

VIZIO D32h-C0 Specs

Let’s talk about the size of the VIZIO D32h-C0 TV first. 32 inches is just the right size for a small to medium sized living room. You can even take one to your bedroom and it won’t look out of place. For a 32-inch TV the resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels might not be the best. But it is HD and pictures are way better than a simple SD connection and TV combo.

The panel we have here is a full array LED panel. This means LED is distributed behind the entire screen and as a result you get superior light uniformity. This is important as it directly affects the picture quality.

To support this nice picture quality we have an excellent viewing angle. The viewing angle is 178 degrees which means you can sit in any corner of the room and still face no image distortion. This is great if you are planning to call friends for a weekend and then decide to binge watch your favorite series.

The refresh rate in the VIZIO D32h-C0 LED TV is just 60Hz. This may not be very good number but this is a budget television and you get what you pay for. We can’t completely write off this refresh rate as useless. It still does a very good job even when you play games on it. Since you’ll be watching only 720p content on it, there will hardly any ghosting.

The audio performance is pretty satisfactory. You are not going to get home theater kind of an experience but it is still good. If you are an audiophile (like us) we would recommend getting external sound bars which elevate your audio experience.

Let’s talk about connectivity. There are a couple of HDMI ports which can come in handy when you need to connect your console or even your laptop. There is a single USB 2.0 port which can be used to browse your pictures. It’s a shame that you can’t use it for video playback. There is also ports for audio output.

It is time to wrap up this VIZIO D32h-C0 review. This is a fine television. At this price, you won’t be able to get another 720p LED TV in the market right now.
