Apple's iPhone 5 hasn't even been officially announced, and already fake iPhone 5 ads have begun displaying in Dalian, China.

Also notice in-order to get pre-sales, they conveniently place a mock up of what the iPhone 5 "may look like".
China has been caught counterfeiting Apple products like the popular iPad and iPhone; earlier this year, at least 5 store owners even duplicated the look and feel of an entire Apple stores, right down to the Genius Bar!
