VIA Nano X2 E-Series with 1.2GHz and 1.6GHz
Via has unveiled it latest processor creations in the form of the Nano X2 E-Series. Nano X2 E-Series dual core processors which is designed mainly for the advanced 64-bit x86 embedded system design applications.The newVIA Nano X2 E-Series will comes available in two models which has a speed of 1.2GHz and 1.6GHz. VIA Nano X2 E-Series processors are based on the latest 40nm manufacturing process using a VIA NanoBGA2 package of 21mm x 21mm with a die size of 11mm x 6mm. They are also fully pin-to-pin compatible with VIA Eden, VIA C7 and VIA Nano E-Series, and VIA Eden X2 processors.
VIA Nano X2 E-Series CPU come together two 64-bit, superscalar VIA Nano cores on one die, providing increased multi-tasking and great multimedia performance on a low power budget. It also supply with VT virtualization andVIA AES hardware security features. With theVT virtualization feature, the chips permit bequest software and request to be used in virtual scenarios without impacting on performance.Each of the two cores features 128KB of Level 1 cache memory as well as 1MB of L2 cache and the CPUs also pack support for technologies.
